Staying at Pesona Ciwidey was very memorable, especially the staff were friendly, the items were brought to the room. The security was very alert. The room was clean, the toilet was clean, the TV worked, the water heater worked. My suggestion is maybe for the breakfast menu to be added with more variety. Thank you very much to the front office staff for allowing me to participate in printing.

This year's Eid, my family and I stayed at Pesona Ciwidey Hotel We stayed for 2 nights. Alhamdulillah it was comfortable and quite satisfying, especially for the kids, the important thing is there is a swimming pool and play area. The breakfast also tastes good, maybe a suggestion is to add more variety to the food Friendliness, Cleanliness of the hotel is sufficient Only the Wifi is really lacking in my opinion. It can't function properly A suggestion is to add more mbps so that the internet is fast. Over All Good, Clean and pleasant.

actually there was no plan for a vacation and staying overnight, after visiting relatives in Bandung, the children wanted to go to Ciwidey. while walking, looking for accommodation and found this one, the date was wrong in the order, but ordered again and luckily got a room, and the place was suitable. overall we felt comfortable, thank you.
