Hotel Horison Ultima Kertajati

Room is good, but in my room the air conditioner didn't work properly. Breakfast menu was limited. Wifi connections was poor.

There are plus and minus to everything, as well as Horison Kertajati. PLUS - we arrived on Monday 2nd May in the morning. It's a pleasure to allow us for early check-in. The room was clean considering their hotel is new. It was so comfortable for us to sleep there. No disturbance at all. The view from our room was also good. MINUS - Since our first day there, NO wifi at all. I went down, they assisted me to use the user name and password they asked me to input. And it worked but only for several minutes. After that, BOOM. It didn't work. It happened till our last day being there (4D3N). They didn't have any good preparation to serve breakfast to their guests. Almost all of the food was empty. A lot of guests were disappointed. High occupancy is not a reason for hotels to not be aware of their facilities. HORISON is not a newcomer to the hospitality industry. Believe they have so much experience. Not only for breakfast but also if you order food from the tasering restaurant. It will take a long time for them to serve you your order. Hope this review can improve horison kertajati in future.

First time staying here, come check in and get a welcome drink. Big rooms clean friendly service. Spacious parking. Lonely. Food is okay. Thank you. God willing, there will be time there again.

According to the picture I uploaded, the atmosphere is good, it's still beautiful, there is a swimming pool and the breakfast is delicious. Next time I go home, stay here again, my hometown.

Nice hotel in Kertajati, probably the best at this time. Just started operating in 2021. The location is close to Kertajati airport, only 6 km. Close to the toll exit. But if you want to go to tourist attractions such as the Panyeweuyan terrace and Curug Ibun, it is still far away, about 1 hour more. To paragliding about 30 minutes. The hotel is good. Super friendly service. I got a room with a rice field view, really good. The rooms are spacious, the AC is cold, the warm water works well and is heavy. Rate on national holidays, 750 thousand including breakfast. I think it's really worth it. Breakfast is also good. A la carte food is also good. Chicken steak and oxtail fried rice are delicious. Thank you to Pak Dwi, who served us very well at dinner. Even though the conditions at that time were many more guests who ordered food at the restaurant terrace. But we are still served quickly and friendly. Good swimming pool and gym facilities. Children love to swim here. The gym facilities are also quite complete. The minus is the elevator when I stayed only 1 that was operating, so I had to queue for quite a while. And one more thing that is lacking, the wifi is broken again. But all of this can be covered with friendly and prompt service from all employees of Hotel Horison Ultima Kertajati. Overall this is a good hotel for a vacation with family.

A comfortable place when visiting their hometown, the children are very happy here, the facilities are quite complete, and still new.

The hotel is okay, the food is ok, only the first time we got the room the experience was less than the room facilities which smelled really musty, after reporting the room smelled musty, we moved rooms

The place is super comfortable. Very friendly service. The most important thing is that the food is delicious. I have to come back here again. Very recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed the best hotel facilities in Majalengka and the breakfast menu had lots of delicious fan choices, the employees were friendly and really nice.
