I stayed here during lebaran season. Even though there were lots of people came to stay at the hotel there were only 2 check in counter being operated so I have to wait quite long just for check in. Fortunately they gave us free coupon for lunch/dinner which made us happy. The room was spacious, neat, tidy, and clean. The staff was also friendly. The swimming pool location was also great which made us unaffraidbeing exposed to the sun. Since it is located inside a mall I find it hard to find a parking spot so I suggest you could provide special parking area for hotel guests. But overall we were happy staying at Harris.

It's always fun every time you return to Harris Kelapa Gading 😇 Lots of changes for the better ❤️ All friendly staff, very clean hotel, smells good, fresh (from the lobby, elevator, swimming pool, rooms) TV with smart TV. This is one of the most delicious menu in this hotel. The portion is a lot, the price is worth it, the room is nice, spacious, modern, clean, tidy. Friendly service, fast and polite. Overall you won't regret staying at Harris Hotel Kelapa Gading, awesome, cool 👍

Kamar bersih, fasilitas oke. Hanya saja air kolam agak berbau sedikit, dan air di kamar mandi & wastafel agak kekuningan tidak jernih.
