1. The room has just been finished so it still smells of cement and paint but it has been rented out. 2. Some parts of the facilities are not yet finished and the builders are still working around the pool. 3. The glass door in room A7 cannot be closed tightly so there is still a gap so that animals such as dragonflies and flies can enter. 4. Breakfast time is 7-10. When we arrived at 9 o'clock it turned out the food had run out, only white rice, 4 pieces of chicken, a little cut fruit and bala-bala were left. There are very few varieties of food, like a jasmine class hotel, not comparable to the room rate we paid 1.5 million per night. 5. The swimming pool is really good, it's just a shame that the water only fills up after 9 in the morning. Meanwhile, the water in the children's swimming pool is cold, not warm like the adult pool. 6. There is no telephone in the room so you can't call the receptionist, when you want to check out you have to carry your suitcase to the car yourself because there is no one to help you. 7. The waiters are friendly, especially Ms. Qila. Overall there is still a lot that needs to be improved.

Resort yang sangat baik. Kamar luas dan bersih, suasana resort nyaman, kolam air hangat luas, kolam anak2 luas dilengkapi banyak perosotan. Utk kamar prefer kamar no A11 sd A17, dapat view bagus dari teras belakangnya. Pelayanan ramah, respon cepat saat ada komplainan. Makanan di restorannya enak2, dengan harga reasonable.

Price is not reasonable with the in room facilities. Even the Soap/Shampoo dispenser replaced 2pcs in less than 12hours. Restaurant menu were limited where no Chicken Menu Available during our stay.

The hotel lobby is very small, before checking in I asked which room I was in, the receptionist said that my room would have a view facing the pool, but after checking in my room was not facing the pool, but rather a wall with a view of the distance. After that, there was no officer to take me to my room in the position that it had been raining all day, and I wasn't given an umbrella either. The room has lots of flies. The price of the room should be different from the one with the pool view and the wall view. The breakfast is also modest. With a price of 1.5 just for swimming, the water isn't really hot either.
