For sure this is the best hotel in town. Actually the interior is not that bad dan the breakfast is fair enough for the price. The only thing for complain is the TV channel is limited and its very boring inside the room with out TV show. The other is cleanliness issue, the toilet was wet and spotted someone,s pee in the urinor. The rest is fine.

The hotel is the best hotel in this city so don't have any competitor. My stay there quite comfortable but need improvement such as amenities availability, lift not function, guest toilet for woman need fixed

Plus: 1. I get large Bed which fit for 3 people (2 adults one kid). 2. This hotel provide soap and towels only 3. They provide 2 slippers 4. TV cable is available 5. Buffet breakfast with some menus (simple but its more than enough with that price) 6. Located in the city centre, easy to find some restaurants and local coffee shop 7. gifts shop is located just behind the hotels. 8. closed to a Lake (which i forgot the nameπŸ˜…) 9. closed to Nyiur Melambai and Serdang beach, less then 10 minutes. Minus: 1. There's no toothbrush and toothpaste. 2. No wifi 3. The lighting is a bit gloomy. 4. The toilet weren't clean perfectly, found some dirts on the closet 😀 which is truly disappointing. 4. Narrow corridor and the lift is just too small. 5. There are 2 building, which is connected with some stairs (a bit exhausting) 6. Some rooms had a smelly air, it may from the stinky ditch around the hotel
