Minus: 1. Hotel ini tidak ada lift nya sehingga kalau bawa barang bawaan banyak sangat merepotkan. 2. Lampu kamar remang-remang terkesan horror. 3. Tidak ada air panas, dan saat kami telepon receptionist katanya ada dan bisa. 4. Kamar sempit. Plus: 1. Parkiran cukup luas. 2. AC dingin.

And our water heater is available in every room and functions normally, we apologize for the water heater not functioning when you use it, in the future we will make sure the water heater functions properly. As for the size of the room that you are staying in, the standard room is indeed the smallest in size, in the future I hope that you and your family can visit again with our different room type and we can serve you even better. The positive: The staff is really helpful, the location is great, the bed is comfy, the meals were also great, they provided water dispenser outside bedroom, the fridge is huge for a hotel. The negative: the bathroom is quite small and there is bad smell coming from the water/shower. Also it shoul6be more cover on the bathroom glass so it could give more privacy when showering. We used stairs to go up, otherwise is great.
