Honestly impressed. The place is cozy, quiet and clean. The room is also spacious. It simply feels like home. The only downside: Receptionist rarely standby at his post, so it's hard to ask if we need anything.

Sunday stayed 1 night & immediately got a very positive first impression. Very comfortable, luxurious, the food is also delicious, suitable for the tongue of newcomers/travelers. Make photo spots are also cool. Friendly service. Incidentally got room no. 6 which has a balcony & a mini dining room in front of the room. With that price, it's really worth it. Highly recommended for staying in Malang, close to the new Malang city station. Next time, if you go to Malang, you will definitely go to Greentrees Guesthouse again. Thanks Greentrees.

Enjoy staying here, the spacious rooms have balconies, the most important thing is that the warm water runs smoothly. The waiting area is comfortable, there is a sofa and you can take a shower in the downstairs bathroom before checking in. If I go to Malang, I will come here again and also recommend it to friends (only 1 downside, there is no hairdryer, so it's hard to dry your hair 😆).

A hotel in an elite residential area in Surabaya with a calm and comfortable atmosphere suitable for those who want a staycation. Even though it's in a residential complex, we can be picked up even in the early hours of the morning (coincidentally, taking the Bromo tour package is picked up at 01.00 WIB). If staying here you don't bring a private vehicle such as a car/motorcycle it will be difficult if you want to go out just looking for food because it's quite far to the main road (if you walk) so you have to prepare beforehand (relax, online motorcycle taxis are easy to access). There is a caffe ala-style in the hotel to guard if we are hungry but lazy to go out. The room is spacious and clean, the AC is functioning normally, the TV has lots of channels, soap and towels are provided, it's just that the heater is a bit hot but its okay because Malang is quite hot, only if you have to take a shower at night like when preparing to leave early in the morning it's a bit difficult if you wait for a long heater hot. Easy check in service and friendly staff..

Looking for a quiet place in Malang city for a staycation, here is really suitable. The place is comfortable & cool. Facilities and services are also good. Access everywhere is also not far. The place is behind the Ijen Suites entrance to the housing. This is one of the recommended lodgings with a safe budget in the pocket.
