Check in was easy, first impresion of room was nice, staff was helpful. Few things need to be improve. 1. I found a cockroach on the shower floor, this is bad, knowing that you pay a price for this room. 2. In the morning after, the elevator wasn't work, I had to use stair from fist until third floor, I'm not lazy but it just so annoy to find this after you just awake. 3. My rf id room card suddenly not working, I don't know why but I have to run down again to inform the staff so they can sorted this out. Please improve these things

Beda dengan fotonya, sampai di hotel menuju ke kamar ada bau kotoran burung, dan kamarnya juga kotor dan serem, kapok ga bisa tidur, kurang rekomen.

Basically for the amount of money you spent, you got a descent accommodation (the AC in my room 301 was excellent) in the center of Denpasar with cafes and lamb satay & soup (gulai) restaurant next to the hotel. Despite 2 things I hate. A) I had to smash the table asking 1 extra card after fifth day I stayed there (7 nights as the total). The reception was demanding a deposit of Rp 100k for an extra card, but relaxing it fir nothing after I smashed the table. B) The hotel had a large group of elementary students as their guests. I did not mind with them as guests but they could not respect my privacy by pressing my room door bell for no reason. I was really uncomfortable with this and the hotel could not do anything about this.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. There was just small miscommunication with the reception, I was requesting late check out at 12:30 and she already confirm it but somehow they just clean the room when I was out. I didn't bring any luggage with me and when I went out in the morning the room was empty but I was already request late check out since I will be back. Other than that, everything was okay.

The room is exactly the same as advertised but the cleanliness was poor. The water from shower was spread all over the bathroom, the bathroom floor is slippery and dirty. Molds has seen on most bathroom, walls, doors, drawers etc. The bed sheet and towel the colour isn't white.

The staff are very friendly, the owner is also very kind, the concept is that all guests are family, so when you stay at this hotel you don't feel like guests, but family. God willing, I will stay here again if I go to Bali. The location is also very strategic, close to offices & hangouts.
