Penginapannya nyaman banget, suasananya tenang, kamarnya luas dan ada tv + kulkasnya, dapet handuk dan sabun mandi. Lokasinya strategis banget deket jalan raya, dekat dari tempat wisata dan bandara

Sampai di Familytel jam 18.30 sepi nggak ada penjaga dan orang 1 pun, langsung liat kolam renang dan ruang receptionis dan meja bar terlihat kotor. Ada nomer WA yang tertera dan saya langsung menghubungi tidak ada respon, lalu saya WA nomer yang lain dibaca tapi tidak di balas, akhirnya saya telfon dan diangkat katanya mau otw. Mungkin sekitar 10-15 menit akhirnya mas-mas datang nyatet KTP. kasih kunci dan minta deposit kunci 100 rb, helm tidak dilepas dan terkesan terburu-buru. Kamar bersih ada 2 bed besar semua berfungsi normal AC kran, toilet, kulkas, hanya tidak ada minum tidak ada tisue ataupun perlengkapan mandi spt handuk sabun,dll. Check out harus WA lagi karena nggak ada petugas yang standby.

As its title is "Family"-tel, we expect it to be family-child friendly. We kind of surprise of how it has the impression of a "supposed to be adult-only" inn (the taxi driver surprised us with this). The room was actually really spacious, well fit for family of 4 in one room, facilitated with refrigerator, AC, TV, and smart key. However, it is not clean enough till you can found the used sachet of shampoo and left over hairs inside the bathroom. It's also not really comfortable for sleeping as the bed is kind of hard & thin. Actually, there are so much potential for improvement, since the location and size of the room are great already. The staff is nice and helpful, though we know in homestay they won't be standby. If you just need it for the purpose of transit as we do, well, it's worth the price but better to not expect it for family staycation.

Worth it for the price offered, it's close to the airport so you don't feel nervous if boarding hours are running out. It's just that the receptionist isn't on standby because he's on guard elsewhere too, the room is spacious, for the bed there is a different price but you can still sleep well hahaha 👍.
