Check in. We got to the hotel before the check in time and started the check in process then walked around the Seminyak area while waiting for our room which was ready by the time we got back. ROOM. Our Whirlpool Suite Room was spacious, clean and in good condition. The hotel also provided a wine cooler, an electric water kettle and a microwave in the room. Oh, and the bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The whirlpool is huge and need some time to fill, but it was really nice and comfortable. Although the room is non-smoking, but you are allowed to smoke in the balcony where the whirlpool was situated. They didn't have 24 hours room service, but we were told that they will start 24 hours room service by September. Rooftop pool, RESTAURANT, BAR & LOUNGE. The hotel have movie night every tuesday at the rooftop bar on the 7th floor (yes, we watched a movie while sipping on our cocktails). The food, drink, and service was excellent! We ordered Meat Lover Pizza and Pork Ribs, some cocktails and coffee which were all satisfying. Well worth the time staying in the hotel. BREAKFAST. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant from 7-11. The hotel offer a variety of breakfast menu, including Indian style breakfast. The coffee they served is excellent!(tips: You can ask the hotel to prepare a boxed breakfast if you plan to travel early in the morning.) minor hiccup. The ecowasher in our toilet was not working, but the maintenance guy came within 5 minutes after we reported it to the front desk and got it fixed straight away. So everything was great again. Check out. The check out process was simple and quick. Nari spa. We also tried the hotel spa (Nari Spa) which was a great experience. OVERALL. The hotel, although showing signs of aging but is still in very good condition and is well worth the money. The staffs are really friendly. Not the kind of polished 5 star kind of friendliness, but a raw friendliness that is more down to earth. Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return to stay in the future, and recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is also very friendly, the restaurant has a good view, the food is also delicious, the pool is nice.

Nginep di sini sangat nyaman sekali tempatnya. Walaupun waktu awal dateng ga ada yang bantuin turunin koper dari mobil, tapi setelah check in di proses ada juga yang bawain koper ke kamar. Untuk hotelnya nyaman, saya suka sekali dengan kamar dan kolam renangnya. Apalagi pada saat sunset an cukup diam di rooftop sudah bisa menikmati. Kami pun ke pantai terdekat menggunakan shuttle. Area cukup oke, cuma kalau dari depan masuknya jalan agak jauh, tapi itung aja olahraga hehe. Hotel ini bisa jadi pilihan kami lagi next trip di Bali.👌🏼
