Got a room with a window that directly faced a fairly noisy road, the room's AC leaked and wet the floor, the room's telephone was broken, and the pillowcases were dirty.

dbest hotel is highly recommended, clean swimming pool, spacious hotel room, spacious bathroom, top water heater, stable. tissue, complete bathroom amenities, smart tv, all friendly staff. Indomaret is right across the hotel and 24 hours. initially in room 210, but I asked to change to another room, room 210 was dim and had no windows, even though I had to pay another 50 thousand to get a room with a window. after moving to a room with a window, it was really noisy with vehicles, especially at night, I woke up 2x because motorbikes with racing exhausts were racing like they were racing. just a suggestion for dbest hotel, for sunlight lighting, please improve it again, because each floor only has 3 rooms with windows, the rest are without windows, can you imagine how stuffy the room is? and there should also be sunlight in every corner, so that the access road to the room is not too dim.

The location is ok, close to several landmarks, but the room right next to the road is not suitable for resting, all night the sound of motorbikes with various brong exhausts is very loud and can be heard all night until dawn. Minimum room facilities already have a tea/coffee maker, 2 cups, 3x teabags, 3x coffee, 2 mineral water. Room telephone (Not working, contacting FO must be via WhatsApp), TV (There is a TV but it doesn't work, the antenna cable looks protruding behind the TV), Toiletries have All-in-one liquid soap with a loose dispenser hanger, the shower is not smooth. Provided 2x toothbrushes + toothpaste standard 1 star hotel. Towels are still quite good. The pillows are not soft, thin, and grindil-grindil, you can't use them to cover your ears from the sound of motorbikes in the middle of the night. Breakfast for a minimum according to the room price, self-service by 1 all-in-one employee, must be appreciated, works quickly and cleanly. For the FO officer, I just understood his mysterious smile about the sound condition in the room, the promise to send a technician to fix the TV, and the technician who never came to fix it.

All staff are friendly, check in and out process is very fast. corridors and elevators are always fragrant, only in the room when checking in there is still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke which makes it uncomfortable. but overall it is very good, keep it up 🔥

The room is full of mites! Very very many, no sandals, no soap shampoo.

The bathroom smells and is dirty, the water is cloudy at the beginning, the sink is clogged, the water coming out of the shower takes a long time to heat up at night, the sheets are not clean and still smell of cigarettes, there is no plug on the work desk even though there is a heater there, sounds from outside can often be heard coming into the room, so if you bring a baby, you often wake up because of the noise.

Large room suitable for family gatherings

Booked at Best Pasar Baru, but was transferred to a hotel in Paskal area with the excuse of a system error. Complaining was useless, there was no other choice. Wanted to cancel it was already late, the kids were tired, wanted to just rest. When I wanted to check out, the receptionist was not there, told to just leave the key, transfer the deposit, this is terrible, they said 24 hours. There was no tissue in the room.

The staff is quite friendly, the breakfast is delicious and quite varied, only the cleanliness and hotel facilities need to be improved.

Overall it's quite good and will come back for a staycation with a fairly attractive price, a hotel in the middle of the city close to home. It's just that the shower in the women's area doesn't have water coming out and doesn't work at all and the jet flush is broken. Please pay attention so that it functions properly.

Stayed on April 7, room 343 ran out of soap (had already taken a shower) & the room chair was broken and at risk of tipping over.
