The hotel was great. The front office was very helpful. Breakfast was good, more varieties for the weekend than weekdays.

The real kids friendly hotel, we really had a great time! Free mini zoo access, movie time, outdoor playground and affordable bundling voucher for a lot of activities (Mini golf, painting, riding horse, etc.) 👍

Great experience for vacation. Great breakfast, swimming pool, and located just above largest mall in town.

This hotel is suitable for family or business trip. The location is close to the train station, mall and culinary spot, making this hotel a very attractive choice. The rooms are clean enough with simple arrangement makes it quite comfortable to stay in this hotel. It is my second visit at this hotel and still feel comfortable.

Really had an amazing experience staying at Bentani Hotel. First of all, The design of the hotel was not that modern, yet it had it’s own character, and I loved it. The hotel was quite big, friendly service from the receptionists. The location of the hotel itself was really strategic, because it’s located in the center of the Cirebon city. I booked the superior room, and the room was huge. I loved it! The room was clean, there was no disgusting smell, and the air conditioner was pretty cold, which’s awesome. Yet, the lightning of the room was a little issue for me. Even though they provided numbers of lights, yet the lights were not enough to lighten up the room, so it was a little bit dark for me. But it was not so bad after all. Didn’t have to worried about the power plug, because the power plug was literally everywhere. For the superior room, you got a bathtub. And the shower was superb, that water pressure was amazingly powerful. Didn’t have any problem with the cold and hot water. One slight drawback in my opinion was they didn’t provide a hair dryer. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and I would love to restay at this hotel when I had a chance to go back to cirebon again. Nice and polite staff, the ac working greatly, clean-ish room, the lift kinda scary though because it looks old and about to break anytime soon. also the karaoke or bar so noisy, you could hear the music from 1st to 3rd floor, so you better ask for higher floor. would love to stay there for my next trip to cirebon.

I booked this place for 4 families (includes 3 elderly, 1 pregnant woman, 2 months old baby, 2 children below 5) and I was worried that this place will disappointed them. It turned out to be the best experience for our family with lovely and helpful staffs who arranged. the room to be closer to each other and to the lobby, perfection in every room (3 prabayasa and 1 panembahan room), clean outdoor bathroom (with hot water) clean and nice swimming pool, great place, food and service for breakfast and dinner. Mosquito repellent is a must for perfect stay.
