Hotel rooms and facilities okay. But when breakfast is finished the food is not enough and the service is not okay. Bread runs out and when confirmed, the waiter is ignorant and doesn't care. Conclusion Hotel management is not able to accommodate the amount of breakfast with the number of guests.

Service is not good, check-in time is only given a room key, but we looked for the location of the room itself, breakfast is not much variation, the size of the bed is too small and the edge of the bed is not there, so there is a risk of falling. Parking far from the room.

The hotel environment and rooms are very comfortable, nice, luxurious, beautiful, the view is very beautiful and the air is very cool, but unfortunately the swimming pool is dirty. The telephone in the room does not work, the room is triple but only two towels, and at check-out it is thought that we are carrying it even though the towel is only 2. This should not have happened but because the workers lacked cooperation and were not careful so accused of towels carried away by us. We also know that whatever is our right can be taken, even though the receptionist has apologized, I am somewhat disappointed to feel the accused. Thanks.
