Beautiful and private villa to stay. Suitable for family escape. A point to surf too. At night only limited dish we're served so make sure you bring your own food in case you looking for supper. =)

It was not a pleasant stay! The room wall was molded; the air is suffocating. The room is dusty! To make it worse the jacuzzi was not clean, it was full of rotten flower petal which made it disgusting. I thought it was rust at the first time! And then when we asked the employee, he said that you should give cleaned it first. Hello, I really paid and I have to clean? Also we asked for a towel and he gave me used towel, it was wet and dirty! When I complained, he said it's the laundry problem. And then at night one of the employee finally change the room into a more decent one but there were still problem, the AC is not good so the room is hot and the floor is dirty with leftover food and thousand of ants were in there. I'm tired of complaining so I clean the floor myself, and stay at that room, at least I can breathe because the wall is not molded. But still it was a horrible experience! I start to think all the other review is fake, perhaps the owner pay them to make a good impression

Good view close to the beach, the villa environment is nice, cool too, the rooms are great, the air conditioner is cold, the WiFi is fast, the bathroom is big, apart from bathing and bab / tub, the sink is 2, there is a bathtub. The facilities are very good there is a mini cinema, swimming pool, gym / food is quite okay. Many spots for photos. Very close to lot lot tourist attractions, guaranteed security, entering the villa area must convert ID, pretty tight and certainly safe, only if you have to rent a vehicle here, if a little item can be a motorbike rental, if a lot of cars are rented, gocar can only take to the villa. Gocar / grab can't enter (already rules in lot lot). Actually there are vehicles offered by the hotel but the price is very expensive. Finally we ordered blue birditu as well as we borrowed a motorbike staff, had to get out of the villa area to Kuta. Overall enjoy staying at this villa 😍🌷

To top it all, the rooms are as offered, even more luxurious, the staff and other workers are friendly, polite and professional. If there is a longer time in Bali, surely I will come back again to this place, for sure!

Very beautiful and exotic place, can be for honeymoon. Note: at night there are a lot of mosquitoes, especially when in the lobby, while in the room are provided electric mosquito repellent so that the interference can be overcome. Cleanliness of the living room and kitchen is not maintained. For cooking water pots not available, it must be requested first and given without mineral water as a standard, only tea and sugar.

Overall, quite satisfied with our reasonably priced budget, long sofas and others. Room cleanliness, maintenance of the landscape is very good. Unfortunately there is a lack of active hotel and restaurant staff. Furthermore, with better management, I am sure that the occupancy of this villa will increase.

Romantic atmosphere for new couples, very friendly and helpful service but the condition of the rooms is not clean and if you want to eat outside it is quite difficult for those who do not carry a vehicle.
