The hotel is spacious, the view is good, but the hot water kettle ran out of heat on December 4th, thank you, come on hoci

Saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini sejak sebelum pandemi. Setelah pandemi, ini baru yang pertama kali. Kualitas barang-barang penginapan sudah mulai menurun seperti kasur, bantal, bidet toilet, shower sudah mulai rusak/kurang nyaman. Saluran tv juga tidak ada saluran internasional seperti dahulu, hanya saluran lokal. Positive side: pelayanan staff ramah, harga lumayan afforadable, fasilitas gym lumayan lengkap.

Interested in the hot water swimming pool here, it turned out to be hot on the weekend. When I stayed weekdays the water was cold and hy sp at 4 pm even though check-in was at 2 am. Only briefly enjoyed the cold wlp swimming pool, and the next day the swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Very disappointed. But the others are fun. The staff is friendly. The room and towels are clean. Good breakfast food wlp less variety. Around the hotel there are lots of food vendors.

The food has been reduced and the rooms are not as comfortable as they used to be, and it's starting to be quiet with visitors.
