I booked a suite type room with the price given I compared to other hotels, I think it is very worth the price given. The room is clean, comfortable and I was given the convenience to check in early. The staff is friendly, the breakfast has many variants and it tastes good. Top for Aston Kartika Grogol Hotel, God willing next time I will stay here again.

I requested a slice of anniversary cake but it wasn't delivered even though I had written notes on the Traveloka booking and had confirmed via chat that it would be given for free without any additional charges. I feel for a 4 stars hotel, the staff are not very friendly and are stingy with smiles. The room AC is not cold enough, until 9 pm my child was very sweaty and had trouble sleeping, I had to call the FO. then the filter was washed so it was cooler. The room is not soundproof because the sound of people chatting in the room can be heard if we walk in the hallway. I have a smart TV, it's good to be able to watch YouTube and Netflix. Breakfast is quite tasty but there are not many variations for the main meal. The swimming pool is good, parking access is also okay.

Hotel is OK. Since I got a room in front of the road, I think the bedroom needs to add soundproof as it is very noisy from traffic at night. The bedroom is OK. The bathroom is OK. Breakfast has so many variations of meals. It is nice to stay here.

The location is very strategic, close to Central Park, Taman Anggrek, and Neo Soho. The AC is very cold, the room is spacious. Next, if I go to Jakarta, I will stay again at Aston Kartika Grogol.

The staff is quite friendly. The room is quite clean. The fitness sports facilities are very complete. When checking in, you need to prepare cash for a deposit of 300k, there is an independent ATM in the area next to the lobby. Breakfast starts at 6 am with an Indonesian menu, rice, chicken porridge, soto, fruit, pastry and dimsum.
