Overall it is a good experience. The Reception Staff is helpful and because the building is relatively new it is still clean and good. But for the room they don't give us a telephone but give us Google Nest instead for call purpose. They have writen guidance for how to use it but I think for my father that not familiar with it, it can became issue. Also when I tried to call another room it sometimes said that the room number is not found in phone book. I hope it can be improved on my next stay.

11-13 April 2024, room 505 and 509. Overall it 's good. What needs to be improved: 1. There are not many food choices. 2. Slow feeding stocking filler. 3. Room 509 AC is not cold enough. 4. The elevator and corridors are hot, there is no AC.
