We get upgrading room. Thank you. Good location, clean room, well equipped, also provided with water dispenser everywhere for water bottle refill.

It is good value for the location. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the food, as there are lots of options in the neighbourhood. Room is clean enough, but they are some ants roaming around. The WiFi is up and down, and the soundproofing for the room can be improved as outside noise can easily be heard. It would be nice if there is a family room or connecting room for a family. Car Parking can be a challenged. Overall we still enjoyed our stay there.

The place was great, but the room I rented in had a really bad shower 's water stream. I couldn't enjoyed the night because I couldn't had a shower🥲.

Good place, was worth it and I wanna come back, if I have to visit ubud again, I will definitely choose this place to stay again. The staff are so kind, polite, and very helpful

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly but the room itself has a roof that is connected to the next room. So you will hear every sound from next door. And the guest next door is very loud, snooring all night, and in the early morning, he played a dubstep music (5am). Seriously, who listening to a dubstep music in early morning?

Attentive and very friendly staff + the best spa I've had in Bali (across Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, and Ubud). Service always came really quickly when requested, clean bathtubs (I've had to switch rooms because I injured myself and didn't want to walk too far to one of the best and biggest non-suite rooms), very nice shampoo + showering stuff and body lotions, and little/no insects/lizards in the room (for Bali it 's almost unheard of)! Staff in the Spa knows you by name if you're a regular like me (only been there thrice before this trip a few months ago) which really gives off the VIP feel when they greet you by name upon seeing you. Both my 2 masseuse/therapists also remembered our conversations from a few months ago so it 's really a very wholesome experience that I'm glad I brought my better half to enjoy. Location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the heart of Ubud. Latest trip was on my birthday and we came back to the room with a Happy Birthday message at the foot of the bed written in rose petals. And no, I did not highlight it anywhere in my booking. Only downside is the stupid Yoga Barn beside with its ' stupid loud music and nutbags screaming like they're clubbing in the middle of the day.
