Room should be clean regularly, should be repaired all the facilities regularly, should be complete all the equipment regularly

The staff was really friendly & helpful (especially the security). However nobody picked up the telephone after 10 p.m. (not even the reception). The place was very dusty (the floor, table, even towels) and the air conditioner setter on my room wasn't working, hence I cannot adjust the room temperature. The hallway smells like cigarettes (despite the no smoking sign). Hoping for improvements. Thank you

Dirty blanket, dirty towel, noisy air conditioner. The staff are pretty friendly tho.

Did't have the chance to stayed in the hotel, but I believe the room was wort the price. Thanks.

Room is poorly maintained, not clean, and very noisy.

I booked 2 rooms (518 and 528) and stayed last saturday, Jan 27th - 28th 2024. And was so upset, during I took a shower, the water is dirty, contains of brown soil and bit to grease by that time! I then let the water running down for about 5 mnt, till its clear again. I attached picture of the brown soil.

It 's clean, neat, overall OK, although I thought it would be having wider bedroom, but all OK.

The room and the toilet are quite clean and the air condition is quiet cold, very comfort hotel to sleep for.
