I just transit for next travel, quite easy process on check in, the unit quite clean, I got a unit right in front of elevator so it gets noisy often, and they just provide soap bar but didn't provide shampoo. I love the bed so much it 's super firm & not squicky however, the pillow too small & not firm my suggestion time to change your pillow.
