5 Stars Hotels in Berastagi, Karo Regency

By far, this is the most Spartan ' standard room ' experience I've ever encountered. I basically staying in a kos-kos-an room, complemented with the whole ' kipas angin ' experience. Not to mention the quirky ' seamless ' bathroom and lavatory. I won't recommend the ' standard room '. The staffs weren't so helpful either, and the hotel running in full capacity at around 7 AM. So if you're such a morning bird, prepare to be disappointed.

The staff are helpful. But the building is not very well maintained and cleanliness is rather poor.

The hotel is consider more special cause it has KFC in the hotel area.

The staffs are very friendly & atmosphere is so great.

The room is very dirty.. spider everywhere, No water, in-delicious breakfast, no mineral water at room, dirty bed cover.. really completed

The location is excellent. You are across the street from a very good restaurant. To the left, about 300 meters, is another good restaurant. The room itself was great but two issues: I had to ask to turn on the water heater each time I showered; And mosquitos were everywhere in my room.
