Everything's good, not much to complain about. Room were fantastic, Google Home Hub is a nice addition to the room. Good atmosphere, good food, great service from the staffs, swimming pools were good too. The beach? Well, as we all know that most of beaches in Anyer are not spectacular, just good enough for some beach activities. If I ever go to Anyer again this hotel is definitely on the top of my list.

Everything about this hotel is sucks! The photos on this app was taken at least 30 years ago. The pool is full of moss. The room is so dirty, smelly, rotten, spooky, and humid. The bathroom window isn't covered, the door is broken. Yikes! 🤮 run people run. Don't even consider to stay here, go save yourself.

Saya kesana sebelum lebaran kurangnya cuman ada di air sih biasanya dapet air minum. Tp yasudah staff nya utg bisa membantu dengan menawarkan bantuan membeli ke depan. Krna jika sudah di dlm villa malas kluar hehehe.

Great experience for couple and young family. Clean and spacious room, affordable meals for room service + restaurants, private pretty beach that allow us to play comfortably:)(+) Great service too (short/acceptable waiting time for room service and housekeeping)(-) no Gofood or Grabfood nearby, so you need to drive to the nearest restaurant/bring your own food/rely all your meals within the hotels.

There some things to improve, food should be one of the reason people to stay, lack of variety during breakfast, in-house restaurant also need to be put into improvement activity. I noticed many stain in the tea/coffee cup during breakfast. Slow refill on the food stall. However, I will consider this hotel to be destination during my visit in Anyer.
