Order for 3 days starting from Friday-Monday, order the studio unit, because it is fully transferred to the double bed, arrive at the unit, smell of cigarettes, dirty rooms, dirty bedspreads, no shower, just a tap, electricity goes down repeatedly, the clock 3 in the morning the electricity was totally dead, at 5 in the morning the officers arrived, the electricity returned to life, the second night, only until the unit, the electricity went out again, the second day came out the unit at 6:30, back at 10:00 p.m. the clock has run out of the electric power of the small unit, to turn on the water heater always goes down sacred, can't use the water heater.

Facility hot water can not be used. First my consider before book in hot water facility. Eventhough already complain of hot water, however it is nothing.

the room is dirty, different from the expectation, the staff and management isn't qualified. Arrived in this place, no one know who is Agus, the agent that handle, and should give us the key, wait until one hour, without any news, we can get a room or not. One of the committee that handle as agent suggested us to refund our payment. Never get the bad service till now. One of good security/satpam take us to the lady agent, smoke, and make us await longer, till I complaint to the lady staff, and finally she assure that we can get a room, inside the 2BR, we find old furniture, stove that almost broken, air conditioner with broken remote, tv with bad channel, we can't watch. Dirty place everywhere, only hot water that work. last time we stay here, never ever want to have this bad experience, usually we paid 300K and get the good hotel. This apartment is last in the list because Raya Day/Lebaran, full booked, almost all hotels. Very bad place, horrible

Clean, very comfortable. Very nice.

The rooms are nice, the place is close to everywhere, vehicles are available everywhere, both public transportation and grab ready to pick up. What is certain is that the place is not haunted and is not as scary as it is where many swimming pools sell food.

The place is unique, comfortable, also very creative. The area is also strategic for everywhere.
