Satisfied and cheap hotel booking 3 rooms.

Senang menginap di Amaris. Staff ramah, breakfast sangat enak. Worth it.

Minus air panas di shower gak ada padahal udah coba tengah malam juga gak ada pagi pun gak mandi karena dingin airnya.

Staf ramah, proses check in cepat. Bisa titip bagasi di receptionist. Sarapan lumayan untuk kelas hotel budget. Tapi kamar mandi pembuangan airnya tidak lancar sehingga menggenang & jadi bau.

Tidak ada siaran TV, di kamar bengong aja.

Gak banget nginep di sini, dapet kamar 317 kamar bau banget karena sumber dari kamar mandi yang tidak pernah dibersihkan licin sekali lantai pun kuning-kuning lampu kamar mandi tidak ada lampunya dong, gelap harus panggil room service dulu seperti hotel tak terawat, modal pewangi glade sendiri buat taro di ac karena hotel sekelas amaris gak punya semprotan pewangi, gila c kamar bau banget gegara efek kamar mandi yang bau, no rekomen nginap di sini meskipun tempat strategis banyak makanan.

Firstly, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just wonderful people. Location wise was strategic, with easy access to Sunset Road and relatively close to the tourist spots. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. However, it 's apparent that this hotel has not been well maintained over the years. The first room I was assigned to, I couldn't open the door because it got stuck to the floor behind, so the staff helped me switch to another room. The door handle was on the verge of coming lose, but at least the lock still worked. The linens weren't exactly perfectly white. The bathroom sink knob was hard to turn, as if it 's stuck on something. Most of the time, with the hot water fully switched on, only warm water would come out of the shower. The shower head itself hadn't been cleaned for a long time (lots of black stains on it), with most of holes clogged, so the shower head only worked in 2 modes. The lack of shower curtain was also problematic as lots of water would splash out and drench the bathroom mat. Overall, it 's “adequate”, especially considering the price. But I expected that basic maintenance and cleanliness to be upheld better. It may be a 2-star hotel, but that should reflect facilities, services, and amenities. It should not reflect the level of maintenance. I believe it 's time for a much-needed upgrade for this hotel to revamp its dated-ness.

I would say it was an okay experience as the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly, nice and professional. The breakfast buffet was not bad too. The only problem that I had was the broken spring bed; I stayed at room 502. I hope they change the bed as soon as possible before another guest check in. I couldn't sleep at all as the spring bed was. Broken.
