Staff omongannya gak ada yang sesuai. Bilang deposit bakal dibalikin cash sebelum check out, nyatanya ditungguin sampe jam 12 orangnya gak ada. Refund sangat ribet, staff dan CS semuanya cuek. Sungguh pengalaman yang bikin emosi jiwa luar biasa. Semua sudah ku photo dan video, tunggu saja, bakal saya posting di dunia maya dan nitip ke influencer.
