"The staff can speak English very clear with the good accent. The location is near TST MTR C2 so you can travel around Hong Kong to Hong Kong Island. The shuttle bus to go to the airport (Bus No. A21) is exactly in front of the hotel. It is very good hotel in Hong Kong with affordable price and good facilities."
