New Tokyo Hostel

The room is very dirty on bed had hair and mucus, the toilet water doesn't flow some staff bad mannered and unsecure.

So messy, Wiping cloth feel don't wash and polluted, bedsheet didn't change Service so bad, very dirty, towels stained with mucus and footprints. Stayed for 4 nights, the bedsheets were never changed. The toilet water isn't flowing. The caretaker told me to wait. I can't do anything. Very bad. You shouldn't use the word hostel. You should use the word guesthouse. I've stayed in this building before and different hotels are much better than this.

The only complaint is that the elevator has a queue. But it's very natural. Because in this one building there are many backpacker hostels. But overall this is very cheap and close to everywhere. Thank God for me who likes to be frugal. And enough to sleep. This is very worth it.

Convenient transportation near BTS If anyone comes to the sky train to exit C1, the opposite is the Chungking Mansion building. Check in to the room that blocks D 16th floor, but the room will be on the 14th floor No drinking water is provided, but overall, clean, safe. The building is open 24 hours.

I don’t really expect more since it was a budget hostel and I have already read about the other user review. Facilities are match as other user description. They have heater with hot water, good room service (they change your towel every day), easy check-in/out. What I’d like to complain is the room hygiene. I can spot dust on the room table, there’s hair in refrigerator, I don’t know the last time the bed was vacuumed since my skin getting itchier day by day, I got rash on my skin and I had to wear long pants to minimize the allergy. There are also small bugs in my room, and it really looks like baby cockroach. I don’t know whether the building has service elevator or not, since they’re using passengers lift to pick trash from each floor.

So perfect! The minus one just the internet connection. It doesn't work at all, but its okay.

This is a very convenient location for 1st time travelers in Hong kong on a very tight budget. The room is very clean with very fast wifi.

Clean room, great service, but took a long time to ride the elevator. Overall very good!

There were staff to clean in the room and picked up the bag that put the camera lens.

Good location and they have Filipino staff which is very helpful, room is clean.

Very convenient place to stay. Easy to locate. MTR and bus stops are just beside the hotel. Very clean. Has complete amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. Would stay here if we visit Hong Kong again :)

Close to MRT exit C and everywhere close by on foot. Recommendation if you want to stay in Hong Kong.

Good clean room, good hot water, good service, location of the hostel. People are very busy India, the zone is going to be Songkran. Lift up the elevator. I do not have a lot of people.
