There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The host will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 30 days prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. Due to COVID-19, this property provides 1 set of disposable bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and quilt) per stay. Guests who would like their bedding changed during their stay are charged the listed optional sheets fee for every bedding change. Guests may also choose to bring their own bedding. This property requires that guests have proof that they have stayed within Hong Kong for 5 days prior to check-in. This property is not able to accommodate guests who are under mandatory quarantine or medical surveillance order (including individuals who have been in close contact with COVID-19). This property requires that all guests have the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application on their mobile phone. Guests will be asked to present the mobile application at the time of check-in. In addition to presenting proof of COVID-19 vaccination during check-in, guests 16 years and older must also provide a negative PCR test result (test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in). This property's service fee covers additional sanitation costs, to be imposed if a guest receives a positive COVID-19 test result during their stay at the property or within 24 hours after check-out.
