In response to Hong Kong Government's COVID-19 Response Measurement, there are limited opening hours of all our facilities. Gym access is by appointment only. Restaurants are opening on limited hours. Be sure to check with front desk upon check-in for the latest information. Our hotel has always maintained high hygiene standards and has stepped up our hygiene program in view of the recent situation. A series of precautionary measures have been implemented to provide facilities at the highest hygienic standards for our staff and our guests. For instance, increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection at all public areas, guestrooms including washrooms, lobby area & guest lifts, provide hand-washing facilities and sanitizing gel and remind guests and hotel associates the importance of personal hygiene measures. We will continue to closely monitor development of the situation. Caring for our staff and guests is the long-standing belief of ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL. In view of the recent situation of Novel Coronavirus Epidemic (official named: COVID-19) and to ensure the safety of our staff and current guests, the hotel does not accept any guest who needs to "self- quarantine" at this stage. Also, all guests are requested to have body temperature checked and hands’ disinfection at the entrance when entering the hotel and need to fill in a health declaration form while checking in. The hotel reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for any false statement.

Remote location but have schedule shuttle but service. Staffs are very helpful. Booked for 3 pax but housekeeper set the amentites just only for2. Overall is great.
