Food is good but light in room are not bright and very noisy from swimming pool

I have travel for the past 30 years all over the world. The worst receptionist I ever met. I don't have to mention one by one why they are not good. Ask info not willing to response well, ask for some help not willing to help you, even ask to mop a few wet stools and chairs because it rain for 2 days when we were there and to mention other things we enquirer, etc etc.......Stays 2 nights and almost all the receptionist are horrible. Won't come again unless all these monkeys are fired and change the new one.

Good hotel but a bit expensive.

Clean and cozy, only 3 km from hot springs.

The staff are great, the cafe is really good, the room we were given was visually clean but the bathroom had a constant sewer smell from the shower drain, there were also some small ants that make their way everywhere. It was manageable, but unfortunately they also have a rooster that calls in the mornings, sometimes for many hours. If you are a light sleeper then maybe not the place. The mattress is also hard. The pool is clean, but warm. The food is great and the staff are lovely.
