The hotel is nice and clean. Thank you for your hospitality kepada Bapak Alvarez bagian Bell man yang sudah bantu kami carry our luggages and book Grab taxi. Your help is more than appreciated.

This is quite old hotel. Need maintenance much, like painting and change new furniture like chair and table. The worst is dirty … bed sheet is yellowish, and the blanket comforter and cover not cover well and you can see the yellow mark on on tat. The room corner wall got spider web. 😑.

The hotel is quite old. The toilet shower was clogged. Overall, the place is boring and not well maintained. There is not much to do, there is only one restaurant to eat. By evening, water bottles are no longer available at 7-11. Pastries sold at a cafe don't look appetizing. To go for a day trip is fine, one-night stay is boring.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice ambience.
