We book through the app. The staff arranged for us to share accommodation with other people who rent monthly and it is an old building. It's not the image of the building on the cover of the app. Everything in the room is dirty and a year old. We paid the transfer and can not be refunded. Willing to wait patiently to sleep. Very disappointed.
