The room is nice and clean, unfortunately because this is an apartment hotel, we couldn't get connecting rooms when we checked in, even though we already made special order through the agent for connecting rooms. We hope that the agent would be able to keep updating the hotel facility and turn off those special request features if the hotel doesn't have the facilities.
