Apartment in Sukolilo

The picture of the room on the website don't match at all what we got in real, the room was disgusting, bugs on the floor and the bed, blood and hair on blanket, toilet and shower really dirty never seen a dirty room like that and what about the smell in the room, smell and moisture and mold, there is actually moisture and mold and we don't talk about the entrance and the outside of the room, I would never sleep in a place like that, the thing is that on the website it look really nice and beautiful. I showed the picture of the room that I saw on website to the guys at the front desk of the hotel, he told me that is 'marketing' to get people, he showed us the 'signature' room that is the better one but it was really dirty, look like they really don't clean room the guy at the front desk told us that the housekeeping is not 'on point'.

Clean and comfort place to stay for travellers.

Suitable for family vacation. The place very homey, comfortable. Recommended! ❤️

I will not stay here again. The room was very humid, the hot water was not working correctly, and the room beside me was deafening at night, yet I knew no one there. It was very creepy.

The hotel are clean and the staff is so helpfull

Room facilities are okay, the price is worth it, just lacking a mirror.
