8/10 we stayed there overnight. Great facilities and a nice city lights at night. It xould have been better if they provided toiletries.

When I get to the place, I asked the receptionist to check in. She was not sure what to do, as if she doesn't know there's a hotel in that condominium building. I had to call the owner, he asked me to wait for his attendant. After signing some papers and paying 2000 pesos as deposit, we proceed to the room. The room is spacious. It has a table, a TV, a refrigerator etc. The internet connection is very fast, which I really enjoyed. There's also a swimming pool at the top of the building. Unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance during my stay. Something you wouldn't know until you check in, you have to pay extra 200 pesos if you want to swim. The bed is not the best. There's a carton under the mattress. Also the aircon is not strong enough to cool the room. But, an electric fan is available for use. I went out to meet a friend. When I get back, there was a lot of small cockroaches on the floor, sink, and bathroom. Another disappointment is the lack of soap and shampoo.

Very accommodating zen personnels, the beddings, towels, and the room was clean upon check in. The location is convenient. Very satisfying stay! Will definitely come back. Thanks!

The hotel is very accessible near to the supermarket. Especially my event is near the vertis tent. Very affordable and the rooms are nice which we can cook for some foods.
