This property can only accept bookings from Returning Overseas Filipinos/Balikbayans, Repatriated OFWs, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines and healthcare workers who need easy access to their working place. Reasonable evidence must be provided upon arrival. If reasonable evidence is not provided, your booking will be cancelled upon arrival.
As per Department of Tourism Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002:
1. Only single to double room occupancy is allowed.
2. Couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed in double or twin occupancy rooms. Please note that proof of residency or relationship may be requested upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse guest entry and accommodation if the purpose of travel is for leisure, non-essential and essential travel that are not stated above.
Returning residents under quarantine and guests waiting for their swab test result are required to avail Full Board Meals.
NOTE: Please bear with us but we do not offer airport pick up at the moment. Alternatively, you may seek assistance to the Department of Tourism (DOT) kiosk available at the Airport - Arrival Area for your transportation going to the hotel. Moreover, food deliveries are not allowed. With regards to the luggage assistance upon arrival to the hotel - we are currently implementing a strict "no luggage assistance" for non-senior and non-PWD guests. Guests are required to bring their own luggages upon entering the hotel until they reach their designated rooms.
