We are excited to inform you that our Robinsons Mall Magnolia is undergoing an extensive expansion program with the goal of providing an even better and delightful visit experience for all our guests and patrons.
There are widespread construction works ongoing in and around the entire township on a 24/7 basis. These works will cause noise that may directly affect the hotel premises and your stay experience during your visit. Unfortunately, the construction activities will go on till further notice from the Mall Management.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We truly appreciate your kind understanding during this time.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), make sure you’re booking this property in accordance with the destination’s local government guidelines, including (but not limited to) the purpose of travel and maximum group size.
DISCLAIMER: Rest assured that you can indulge in a worry-free stay as the hotel implements Circle of Clean protocols for the safety of all guests and staff. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if the purpose of travel is for leisure or considered non-essential. We reserve the right to require a guest to comply with in-house health and safety measures and to present travel documents* upon check-in, as required by the Local Government Unit.
As per Department of Tourism Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002, “Only single up to double room occupancy is allowed. Couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed in double or twin occupancy rooms. A distance of 1 to meters between the beds is highly encouraged.”
Please note that we may have to ask for proof of residency or relationship at check-in.
Cancellations may be made without penalty more than 24-hours before check-in, or otherwise forfeited as no show.
*Travel documents to be presented upon check-in include but not limited to:
1. Health Declaration Form
2. Travel Pass
3. Certificate of Employment
4. Others - as required by LGUs - example: health certificate, letter of acceptance
**Returning residents under quarantine and guests waiting for their RT-PCR test results are required to avail packages with full board meals.
NOTE: Please bear with us but we do not offer airport pick up at the moment. Alternatively, you may seek assistance to the Department of Tourism (DOT) kiosk available at the Airport - Arrival Area for your transportation going to the hotel. Moreover, food deliveries are not allowed. With regards to the luggage assistance upon arrival to the hotel - we are currently implementing a strict "no luggage assistance" for non-senior and non-PWD guests. Guests are required to bring their own luggages upon entering the hotel until they reach their designated rooms.
