HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.Check-in Time is at 14:00H (02:00 PM). Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Corresponding charges will apply depending on the desired time and room availability. *24:01H-05:59H: 100% of the booked room rate. *06:01H-12:00H: 50% of the booked room rate. 2. Check-out Time is 1200H (12:00 NOON). Late check-out should be arranged before the departure and subject to availability. Late check-out charges are as follows: *12:01H-16:00H: 50% of the booked room rate. *16:01H-18:00H: 100% of the booked room rate. 3.The hotel has the right to release the room after standard check-out if the room is already reserved. 4. Smoking in the room is not permitted. A Cleaning Fee of Php 5,000 will be charged for the violation. 5. Each guest room is provided with a safety deposit box for valuable items; usage is free of charge. 6. Food and beverages not purchased from the hotel are subject to Corkage Fees. A list of items with corresponding charges will be provided at the reception. 8. Bringing pets is strictly not allowed. 9.The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee should there be stained linens, foul odor, loss, or breakage in the room for the stay duration. 10.The hotel reserves the right to institute the necessary action under any of the following cases: a. Failure to pay upon demand of outstanding amount. b. Self-Check-out: The hotel is authorized to charge guest credit card. c. Guests refuse to conform to the hotel's rules and policies. 11. An incidental deposit of PHP1,000 per room per night will be collected upon check-in. 12. All reservations are covered by the hotel's cancellation policy stated in your confirmation letter. Reservations that require a deposit prior to arrival are considered 100% guaranteed and non-refundable.
