SMDC Wind Residences by Bem has simple and fully furnished units that exude a relaxing ambiance. It also has well-maintained amenities that make the guests' stay in Tagaytay more than worthwhile. Guests who are looking for a private spot with a serene atmosphere will find the hotel a great choice.
The rooms in the hotel can accommodate up to four guests. Each room has a living room, a dining area, a kitchenette, and a balcony. Facilities include an air conditioner, a working desk, a 40-inch TV with cable programming, a microwave oven, an electric stove, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. Even basic necessities such as dishwashing liquid and hand towels are also provided. There is also a private bathroom with hot and cold shower. WiFi is fast and is easily accessible from the public areas of the hotel.
Those who want to savor delectable dishes don't have to go far as the hotel has a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Afternoon snacks can also be ordered. Kids who want to have fun may go to the children's play area. There is also a swimming pool where guests can bond and enjoy a refreshing dip under the sun. Additionally, there is a wide parking space outside.
Summit Ridge Promenade is just a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. Sky Ranch is 760 meters away from the hotel, while Bag of Beans is 3.12 kilometers away. Pink Sisters, a Catholic church nestled in a tranquil environment, is only 3.59 kilometers away from the property.

Bed Type: Queen bed size,Futon Matress Common space: Sofa Bed Towels: 2 Towels are provided, additional towel will be charged PHP 50.00 each. Security Deposit is PHP 3000.00 and refundable upon check out. B2 lobby drop off should not exceed 10 minutes otherwise will be penalized. Strictly no parties allowed, minimize the noise otherwise guest will shoulder penalties. Lost keys will be charged PHP 5000. Please conserve Electricity. Kindly turn off the Lights when not in use. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES BEHIND ! ANYTHING INSIDE THE UNIT PREMISES IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE REMOVED OR TAKEN OUT - The housekeeper has an inventory of items just in case. In case of theft, fine will be PHP 4000 pesos. The CCTV WORKS 24/7 for your security Towels, Fresh bedsheets, Blankets, and tissues will be provided. Personal essential are not. Housekeeping - Please wash used dishes, pans, and dining/kitchen utensils. Please dispose trash properly into the garbage bags. Please conserve Electricity. Kindly turn off the Lights when not in use. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES BEHIND ! No illegal Activities allowed, No LOUD PARTIES allowed that would disturb the neighbors. Strictly NO SMOKING. A fine of PHP 10,000 will be collected. As courtesy for the next guests, please keep our unit clean and orderly before leaving. Continuous Implementation of Preventive Measures to Control Virus Spread
Temperature scanning:
a.For Visitors (who will not stay overnight) and Guests (with authorization or accompanied/unaccompanied by Owners):
- Without fever, will be allowed to enter the property.
- With fever (above 37.50C), will not be allowed to enter the property.
Guests or visitors accompanied and not accompanied by Unit Owners/Tenants
- Shall be allowed to stay and fill out Health Declaration Form upon entry until further notice from Wind Property Management.
Please bring EXTRA SLIPPERS with you
Mandatory hand sanitizing prior to entering the property. Footbath for footwear disinfection prior to entering the property.
Mandatory wearing of facemask and face shield for all residents/occupants when going out of the unit.
Social distancing measures:
a. Maximum of four (4) persons per trip per elevator. Floor markers are provided as guide.
b. Curfew Hours: 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
c. Group huddles (consist of more than 5 persons) observed at common areas shall be politely dispersed.
d. Number of people inside the PMO shall be limited to ensure proper social distancing measures are observed. Sneeze guards shall also be provided at the table of front liners to protect them and all those transacting with them.
e. Condo Corp regular activities (parties, religious activities, members’ meetings) may be
postponed to next year. (Should follow guidelines of the Government.)
