The Sitio Boracay Villas and Suites is a beautiful three-star property located along the island’s bustling Station 1 area. The hotel is a few steps away from the beachfront and minutes away from Boracay’s famous commercial hub. It’s the perfect home base for first-time visitors and visiting couples.
The property has a total of 17 rooms, which are divided into five different room types. Guests can choose between the Deluxe Villa, the Premier Suite, the Honeymoon Suite, and the Deluxe Suite. Rooms are sized between 16 and 24 square meters. All rooms come fully equipped with an air conditioning unit, a flat-screen LED television with cable channels, a personal refrigerator, a safety deposit box, and a telephone with complimentary local calls. The en suite bathroom has a complete set of toiletries. Select rooms feature a private balcony or terrace area with garden or pool views. Hairdryers can be provided upon request, while rollaway beds are available for an additional fee. Room service and daily housekeeping are available. Children 10 years old and below can stay for free. WiFi is accessible in all public and private areas throughout the property and comes free of charge.
Checked-in guests are entitled to a complimentary breakfast, which is served daily. For lunch and dinner, guests can check out the Boracay Toilet Restaurant, Los Indios Bravos Boracay, and Jonah’s Fruit Shake & Snack Bar.
D’Mall and the center of White Beach are about 15 minutes away from the hotel by foot, while Bulabog Beach is 20 minutes away.

We were truly happy with the experience we had with Sitio Villas, Boracay. Staff were all accommodating and easy to deal with. The free breakfast was great, giving us enough choices. They serve them either in your rooms or in their cabanas in the pool side. The room was spacious. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade for free. There were generous toiletries. Towels and bed sheets were clean! Free beach towels were given as well. The place is so relaxing. The ambience is peaceful. The place is located in Station 1. 3-minute walk from the beach. It was very near Willy's rock and close enough to establishment. We highly recommend the place, and we will surely come back!

good price for the hotel in boracat that has swimming pool. the staff is so nice. the food service is okay. facilities are great, the room fragrance and the swimming pool. all areas on this hotel is instagrammable. my only complaint here is that the shower is too low, not enough pressure of water. take too long for the water from shower and faucet to be hot. it hard for the water to warm and water is weak. the aircon also is not high it will only cool on certain part but that's okay because I don't like too cold of room. this hotel is also not at the beach front, 2-3 minutes walk. 8-10 minutes walk to astoria station 1. all in all it was a great stay.

Staff were very accommodating, approachable, and served with a smile. They were always available anytime you need anything. Place is clean, quiet, and very accessible. just about 5mins from the beach. we'll go back here 😉

Our stay was great. I love the bed with those white elegant curtains makes it looked like for a royalty. Plus it was a big surprise to found out that there was a bathtub on our toilet which we really enjoy.And we really appreciate for accommodating our request for our breakfast to served ahead of time since we have an early flight the next day. Although we weren’t so impressed with the swimming pool.It’s a bit creepy there at night time because it’s a bit dark so I suggest to put more lightings and cut some of the trees that’s covering the pool.And there were lots of mosquito as well.
