Ruperto's Restaurant and Resort

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, they are friendly to guests. They have awesome breakfast. Room is very ok, we had a great sleep because beds are comfortable and the place is quiet. And I requested for a non-smoking room, and happy that they grant my request.. satisfied customer here..even though the bathroom had no rugs at all.. hoping next time we will check in again, there should be rugs at the bathroom..

I am from Manila. I travel but I seldomly give reviews to the places I stay until I spent my time here in Ruperto's in Binalonan, Pangasinan. I booked double deluxe for a night to prepare for my cousin's wedding as a part of entourage (this is also where the couple chose to have their pre-nup, photoshoots and reception the following day.) The plan itself turned out to have so many flaws but not with the staff of Ruperto's. They were very accommodating, approachable, helpful, kind and happy people. They were also considerate despite of limited number of guests per room, they allowed my other relatives to stay for a night with me in my room (the room was also occupied by us all in the morning so imagine how huge it is.) We also asked them to re-check the room after we checked out hours after due to missing personal items but instead of refusing, staffs showed us respect, care and concern. They also gave me not only 1 but 2 umbrellas as a souvenir items. The food there was really awesome and I love their politeness. I forgot to go back though and give them my balance of Php5.00. My whole family and closest relatives was really blessed by your courtesy, politeness and consideration. I am a hard pleaser, compulsive and critical person. I also had so many requests but you exceeded my expectations. Thank you Ruperto's and kudos to your beautiful staffs from front desk, housekeeping and f&br. You are very very very highly recommended!!

Good service and excellent surrounding

The hotel was good and friendly staff.

Internet connection is bad. Phone signal is low whenever you are inside the room. Pool is nice though maybe because we we're only three that time. Food is fair enough

My room is not yet ready when I checked in considering I booked 4 days in advance to the actual date, no tv signal in the room and they try to transfer me in a smaller room but I choose the 1st one because I really need rest from travelling of 5 hours from manila. Front desk attendants are not well attentive to the guest booking because morning after my 1st night I go out and give them the room key but they asked me if I will check-out already considering I have 2 nights accommodation. No available room service, no bottled water available. But the place is good and the room is nice. I hope that they will improve their service for the better. I consider to go back in that place the next time I will be in manaoag again.

Dirty bed and very simple shower for 2500 a day.

There were a lot of cricket in the bathroom. I could not use Wifi in the room and restaurant. TV signal condition was bad sometimes.

My husband & I were in Binalonan to visit family & to have my father’s ashes buried along side my mom’s. We were there for a quick 1 night stay. We were not expecting much from the stay but less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, really! I had to look for more toilet paper in one of the public washrooms. It was the most basic of rooms, I wish I had listened to other family members, we should have stayed in our ancestoral home. It was sufficient for a 1 night stay but don’t know if I could have done more than that.
