(Please refer to 2021 List of DOH-BOQ-Accredited QUARANTINE HOTELS in Metro Manila https://quarantine.doh.gov.ph/boq-allowed-and-dot-accredited-quarantine-facilities-as-of-august-4-2021/ • Please fill-out a HEALTH DECLARATION FORM at the Reception. indicate places you've been for the past 14 days, active mobile number & active email address. •To ensure your safety and give more time in sanitizing and disinfecting our rooms, Effective July 1, 2021 check in time will be 3pm. (May we request our guest, to arrive on check-in time) •Front office assistance are available from 10AM-7PM only. • For late arrival Guests, Kindly present your booking confirmation to the Admin Security Officers on duty & other requirement such as Rapid test/Antigen or Swab test result with 14days validity. (no requirements will result in cancellation of your bookings) • Make up room policy is once a week only for guests with more than 2nights reservation • All rooms are non-smoking (Smoking inside the room will incur Php1,000 penalty) (GUEST MAY SMOKE AT THE VERANDA) • PERSONAL VISITORS OF GUESTS ARE NOT YET ALLOWED per Building Administration Safety Protocol.
