More than anything, we wish for you to have a wonderful and worry-free stay with us. To make this possible, here are the property guidelines you may need to comply with before checking-in: 1. This property is a Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) Accredited Hotel that accepts Returning Overseas Filipinos. The maximum number of guests allowed per room is 1. 2 guests are allowed based on room capacity if from the same household and need to comply with the waiver of DOT (waiver can be signed at the property upon arrival of the guest). The hotel strictly follows community quarantine guidelines and protocols established by the government. The hotel only accepts quarantine bookings, for this reason, it is necessary for the guest to make a contact prior to their arrival with the hotel. Otherwise, the booking may be rejected. For all Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), as mandated by the Department of Tourism, guests are required to be picked-up by the hotel transport service. Such pick up fee shall be charge separately to the guests. 2. Hotel accepts only quarantine bookings, for this reason, it is necessary for the guest to make contact prior to their arrival with the hotel. Otherwise, Hotel may reject the bookings. 3. A refundable security deposit might be required upon check-in amounting to a one-night room charge or a maximum of Php 1,500. However, the total amount may vary depending on the property policy. This security deposit is fully refundable and is subject to damage inspection by the property. 4. We are a completely non-smoking property. Please be advised that penalty charges may apply depending on property policy. 6. All requests, including parking, early check-in/late check-out, bed configuration are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. 7. Visitors are not allowed. 8. Outside food such as Grab food and online food deliveries are NOT ALLOWED. We look forward to having you in our hotel!
