The hotel was easily located through waze, but had a minor issue with the signage especially at night, there was no light post and it was raining hard. I suggest to have a light post at the gate in order for the visitors to identify where the entrance is. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and received the information that there was no water supply, we were advised to cancel our reservation. Or, if we chose to stay, the staff will be willing to fetch water for us. We stayed in the lobby looking for other hotels but opted to check in because it was raining so hard, we were tired, and the other facilities were fully functional, just had an issue with the water supply. We checked in at a Matrimonial Suite, Queen Aurora, it was so spacious, and can accommodate 8-10 people. The bathroom was quite large as well as the closet/dressing room area were storage box was located. Just had a minor issue with the cleanliness at the bathroom area, faucet and bathtub were not as clean as it should be. Maybe due to the fact that it was old and not used enough. The staff was accommodating enough and cleaned the area right away. They offer free breakfast, but don't expect much, they have "silog" meals that you can choose from, sausage, corned beef, luncheon meat and daing na bangus. But then again, as I said, don't expect much, it was savory but we were slightly disappointed with the serving size, the corned beef serving portion so little, all of it can fit in my spoon. I asked about why the serving size is so little, the staff told me that they were measured by portions. Anyway, we just enjoyed the food and view, it was raining so hard, and was really chilly. Regardless of that, we were still satisfied and enjoyed every bit of it. Overall, our stay was good enough. The staff were really accommodating, I even asked them to show me the other rooms they offer, and they gladly obliged. The rooms were spacious enough, the view is generally pleasing to the eyes and very relaxing, away from the noise of the city. If you want to have a quiet and relaxing stay, this place is perfect. I wouldn't mind checking in here again. As for the location, I think it's around 2-3km away from the town proper? I'm not sure, but it's near the Rowena's Pasalubong shop.
