Punta Azul Beach Resort

Originally built as a private family retreat, the Punta Azul Beach Resort is an intimate beachside getaway located along the serene area of Malingay in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. With the view of the crystal blue waters and the rolling hills ahead, guests will experience a relaxing escape like no other.

The property is composed of two duplexes and bungalow-style accommodations enclosed in an oceanfront compound. The resort has a total of 20 rooms, which are divided into two types: the Regular Room and the Deluxe Room. Each villa-stye unit features a separate living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, and all the comforts of home. The en suite bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower as well as a complete set of toiletries, while select rooms come with a bathtub. One of the most popular room features is the spacious private veranda where guests can lounge around and take in the sea breeze. Rooms can fit up to a maximum of three guests.

The resort is situated right next to the enchanting blue lagoon where guests can take a relaxing dip and enjoy the cool waters. Guests can also head over to the famous Saud Beach, which is about nine kilometers away from the property. There, they can try out more water sports activities like kayaking, surfing, and jet skiing.

Travelers coming from the Laoag International Airport will need to take a two-hour car ride to get to the Punta Azul Beach Resort. Metro Manila is approximately 10 hours away.
