Prince Plaza II Hotel is a stylish condotel located right in the heart of Makati’s Central Business District. The hotel is the perfect homebase for business and leisure travelers as they can enjoy easy access to some of the city’s top shopping centers, offices, restaurants, and tourist spots.

Guests can choose between the Studio Deluxe, the Studio Prime, the Studio Premier, the One-Bedroom Suite, or the Two-Bedroom Suite. All rooms come fully equipped with an air conditioning unit, a television with cable channels, a work desk, a personal refrigerator, a kitchenette, a seating area, a dining area, ironing facilities, a safety deposit box, and a telephone. En suite bathrooms come with a hairdryer, a bidet, a hot and cold shower, and a complimentary set of toiletries. WiFi is available in all public and private areas and is free of charge.

Guests can choose to prepare their meals in the comforts of their own rooms or head over to the hotel’s in-house restaurant. There are also a number of popular dining options nearby such as Wildflour Cafe & Bakery and Your Local.

The hotel has a swimming pool, a fitness center, a function hall, a mini grocery and its own beauty salon.

Travelers coming from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport will need to take a 30-minute car ride to get to the Prince Plaza II Hotel. Airport shuttle services and car rentals can be arranged at the property. Popular malls like the Greenbelt Mall, Glorietta, SM Makati, and Landmark are a short walk away from the property.

Incidental Deposit:
An Incidental Cash Deposit of PHP 2,000 for guests staying from 1 to 3 nights, and PHP 4,000 for guests staying 4 nights and beyond is required upon check in.

-Staycation/Leisure travel and guests coming from different households (to stay in the same room) are allowed.
-We are NOT a quarantine hotel, and were never used as a quarantine facility
- For essential business stay, company ID must be presented.
-REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE: Fully Vaccination Cards OR negative swab / saliva test required.
- Guests above 18 years old shall be fully vaccinated (completed two doses or single dose (J&J) wherein the last dose must be taken at least two weeks prior to check-in date). If NOT fully vaccinated, a negative swab / saliva test is required (must be conducted within 48hours prior to check-in date).
-REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS COMING FROM INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: Fully Vaccination Cards AND negative RT-PCR swab / saliva test required (must be conducted within 48hours prior to check-in date).
-REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS OLD: The swab or saliva-based RT-PCR test shall NOT be required, subject to the regulations of the LGU concerned.
-Our hotel facilities such as gym and swimming pool are now open (subject to change without prior notice). Due to the restricted capacity, please note that advance reservation for the use of the swimming pool and gym is required and can only be arranged after check-in. Maximum of two (2) guests only will be allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool and the gym. Our café will remain closed during this period.
