Pinewood Pension House is a modest homestay located at Brentwood Village in Baguio City Proper, Benguet. The property is conveniently located near many of Baguio City’s must-see destinations, making it a perfect base for travelers planning to spend their vacation.

Pinewood Pension House has four bedrooms and three different bathrooms. The villa has a maximum occupancy of 12 to 15 people. The property features a living room that contains sofas, a flat-screen television unit, and a fireplace. The kitchen comes with a complete set of kitchenware, a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a separate dining area. Each of the bedrooms feature hardwood floors, a wardrobe, and beds with a complete set of linens. All bathrooms contain a toilet, a faucet, and hot and cold showers.

Guests coming from Metro Manila will need to take a four hour car ride to get to the Baguio City Proper. Travelers coming from the Baguio City Victory Liner Bus Terminal can easily reach Pinewood Pension House, which is within an 18-minute walking distance.
