Nordtropic Resort and Residences is a four-story apartelle nestled in Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island, Cebu. The sprawling beachfront property is an ideal place to begin discovering the Queen City of the South, with its must see destinations and its must-try restaurants and nightlife.

Nordtropic has 15 spartan apartments, which are divided into six types of accommodations. All are equipped with air-conditioning, free WIFI, and a flat screen cable TV. The Two Bedroom Suite is a 78.12 square meter space that has two beds, a balcony/terrace, kitchenette and a sea view. The Executive Suite is an 85.92 square meter space that has two beds, a balcony/terrace with a sea view. It also has two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The Grand Suite is an 135.5 square meter space that has two beds, a balcony/terrace with a sea view, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The Studio Units have a double bed, a bathroom and refrigerator. The Cabana Studio also provides similar amenities.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport is 10 kilometers away from the hotel. The Lapu-Lapu Monument is only a short ride away at four kilometers. Premier shopping destinations such as Ayala Mall Cebu and SM Seaside are 20 kilometers and 24 kilometers away, respectively.
