The hotel was wonderful. The staff is the best part. The dining onsite is good. The area outside is very crowded and not safe to just walk around and site see. You will get robbed or rundown if you are not careful. Take taxi’s and watch out. But the hotel was lovely. Easy to get tours etc.

Quite an experience to stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice and helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast is good although it was not as many variations as last year but I still totally enjoy the breakfast being served. The new breakfast place is just fabulous.The chef even made a requested pandesal with corned beef which is such a nice gesture that he remembers.
Love the place and will stay again for sure.

The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!

The hotel is under renovation so it's understandable that some facilities aren't available. What I didn't like is that our room smelled like previous guests had been smoking inside even though I was told that it's a non smoking room. Staffs also seemed unhappy in general. I would stay somewhere else if I had a chance.

The hotel was strategically located--accessible to public transport, restaurants, and malls.
Much of teh property is under renovation. Getting to and from the lobby from basement parking requires carrying your luggage up-down stairs (with no assistance from staff).
We ordered room service which was supposed to be delivered in 25-30 minutes, but actually came after 58 minutes (no apologies from the hotel whatsoever). Food was average at best (the pork was tough).
It was supposed to be a VIP access property, but nothing about the experience was VIP-- no room upgrade, no finer amenities, no nothing. The free self-parking ended up being a tedious process as well--the security failed to provide a parking ticket and we ended up having to wait an inordinate time to be "cleared" by secuirty and being given a complimentary parking ticket. Almost ran late for our appointment.
We've also observed that many of their staff are trainees and are clueless about properly responding to the needs of guests.
I strongly recommend steering clear of this property until they've finished their renovation and training their staff. Also, be wary of Ex pe dia's V I P access. It's not always worth it. And they never responded to my complaints about my experience.

Stayed here a few times and its always good, they are renovating the hotrel so lobby is smaller and pool closed. If I had known the pool was closed I may have booked elsewhere but it was not mentioned when booking via a third party. Staff are good always pleasant and hotel is clean.
