I love how accommodating, squeaky clean, chill and beautiful the place is, whether you read it on reviews or experience it yourself, you definitely won’t regret it. Perfect location for traverlers/backpackers.

Good budget hotel in Iloilo. We had the room with the sea view and overlooking Guimaras. Very relaxing and beautiful. The comfort room is spacious too. Bang for the buck.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff were very accommodating and the food tastes great too. Their housekeeping was also very keen in making up our room.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The room is clean so I had a comfortable sleep. Will definitely book at this hotel again when I visit Iloilo.

I love the room ambiance and it is very neat. Guest Service Officers are very approachable and welcoming as well. We had a special request of early check-in and was accommodated. The room was even upgraded :) so happy with the overall stay!

We had a pleasant stay. Staff are very accommodating and approachable. We would also like to commend the guard on duty the night we checked in for the extra mile customer service he provided. He tried to fix the cable connection of the tv on our room even though it's not his job. I will recommend Urban Inn to my friends/relative who will have vacation at Iloilo.

The room conditions were bad but Tommy is such a great host! He is very hospitable and friendly. I would definitely recommend taking a mountain biking tour around the island with him!

It was great! The room was clean, they have elevator, they serve food at an affordable price. Their toiletries were clean. It was highly maintained.

The place is really good for relaxing, it's a quiet place and like secluded when you are inside. Ms. Janice is really accommodating and nice that we felt like we are home. The room is clean and spacious. Their food tastes good too. The garden is well-maintained, and nice to walk especially in the morning. They have four sweet dogs. We didn't swim in their beachfront, we took a ten-minute walk to Raymen beach. We will book same place next time.

Cheapest in Ilo2 but quality of service is at its best. Staffs are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are great. Exceeds. more than what you paid for. Speedy internet. Foods. on their resto are 4/5. Kind of "suki" already of this hotel because of its satisfying experience.
